After discovering the wife of the man who sold property in Fallbrook, Calif., never signed away her interest in the property, the current owner sued the husband and his business associates. She later sued her title underwriter, alleging breach of contract, bad faith and declaratory relief after it denied coverage for the alleged title defect in the previous suit. Daughter sues over mother’s mortgage
