The Maryland General Assembly will consider a bill requiring anyone authorized to make a foreclosure sale to give written notice of the sale to condominium or homeowners association. It also would require that a trustee, after the postponement or cancellation of a foreclosure sale, to send a notice that the sale was postponed or canceled to the record owner of the property and condominium or homeowners association.
